Christian assemblies have at all times and in all places read the Scriptures, prayed, and sung, because at it’s core Christian worship is the public proclamation of the good and joyful news of God’s love made know in Jesus Christ. What more appropriate response is there than for the faithful to sing God’s praise!

As such, the choir is a strong and integral part of the spiritual life at Chapel Hill, and is made up of talented volunteer musicians. The weekly commitment and the strong spiritual devotion of each member to singing God’s praises are the foundation of this ensemble.

The Choir, under the direction of Jon Gill, welcomes singers to swell its ranks!  No formal musical training is required; all that you need to bring is a willing heart. Rehearsals are held at 7:30 pm on Wednesdays, August through May.
